Our goal is to support recovery for adults with severe and persistent mental illness. We focus on each person’s strengths, interests and potential for growth. Case managers, psychiatrists, nurses, peer support specialists and other staff help integrate consumers into the community. As individuals who have experienced rehabilitation and recovery, consumer providers offer important peer support. Adult services include:
Case management
Groups focused on recovery
Psychiatric services and medicine clinic
Vocational rehabilitation; job development and job placement
Attendant care
Respite care
Supportive housing
Outreach to persons who are homeless
Liaison services with the court system and state hospitals
Certified peer support

Specialized and Innovative Services
Supportive housing to help individuals transition from homelessness to housing and to maintain permanent housing.
Decision Support Center that encourages consumers to be actively engaged in shared-decision making with their doctors and nurses; consumer access to Internet services, articles, a peer-to-peer workshop and other interventions.
