Administration Program Manager - Quality Improvement In collaboration with the agency Management Team, assists in developing, managing and using data reports in order to improve quality and efficiency. In addition, the position is responsible for implementing the agency utilization review of clinical services. Must be licensed, in good standing, Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing or PhD/PsyD and possess knowledge of community mental health services in Kansas and minimum of two years clinical experience in mental health. Community Support Services Case Manager - SPMI to provide crisis intervention and case management services to individuals who are homeless and who have a severe and persistent mental illness. Provide street outreach services to identify homeless individuals who may need mental health services. Identifies strengths and needs of consumers and acts to involve them in planning for desired services. Work closely with other agencies who serve the homeless to identify and serve individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.Work with landlords to develop housing resources for client. Recommend payment of client’s rent, deposit and utilities when appropriate.Familiarize clients with community resources for educational, cultural, recreational and social activities. Works with social and Rehabilitation Services, Social Security Administration and other agencies to secure entitlements for financial support. Assists consumers in accessing desired housing.Transitions consumers to ongoing case management services once housing and other needed resources are obtained. Bachelor level position. Until filled
