Community Support Services
The community support services program provides comprehensive
support to adults with a serious and persistent mental illness.
Staff members work with consumers to focus on individuals strengths,
assets and abilities to reach the end of the recovery journey.
Our community support services include:
Case Management, Psychiatric Services,
Vocational Training, Day Treatment
and General Services necessary for successful community living.
The Transitional Youth Program
This program provides young adults with a serious mental illness the support
necessary to transition from the teen years to independent adult living.
We reach out to those affected by mental illness who are
without housing. Our team travels throughout the county. We support individuals living
under bridges and at homeless shelters. We work with nursing homes and other
assisted living environments to provide basic assistance
and behavioral health referrals.
